The BRATs went behind the scenes to see how dim sum is made.
The past few years have
seen a steady development of the F&B industry, with new outlets
and restaurants being introduced to the Malaysian market. Malaysia is
a very competitive market. It is not easy but it is good. You can
find many dim sum restaurants along Jalan Leong Sin Nam and Jalan
Raja Ekram in Ipoh and that just shows how competitive it is.
We came across this
